Instrument introduction

YX-CHN5510 Carbon, Hydrogen and Nitrogen Element Analyzer is a precision analysis instrument built by Youxin Instruments based on years of technical accumulation and according to user needs. It has excellent performance, complete functions, wide linear range, low detection limit, fast analysis speed, stable performance, simple operation, etc. It can accurately determine the content of carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen in coal.

YX-CHN5510 Hydrocarbon and Nitrogen Element Analyzer adopts a horizontal structure according to the customer's existing laboratory conditions. The instrument can be placed on the laboratory bench for experiments, which is convenient for customers to add samples and test.

It is suitable for power plants, coal mines, commodity inspection, environmental protection, geological exploration, metallurgy, papermaking, chemical industry, scientific research, education and other departments to determine the content of carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen in solid substances such as coal and coke.

Technical Features

◎ 39 samples can be staked out at one time, and 78 samples can be staked out at one time. The instrument can automatically send samples, drop samples, and perform cyclic testing. After stakeout, the whole process does not require manual operation, and samples can be added, removed, or replaced at any time during the analysis process;

◎ With horizontal structure, the instrument can be placed on the laboratory table, which is convenient for customers to operate;

◎ Using advanced PID algorithm to control temperature, the furnace temperature control accuracy can reach ±1℃, and the temperature control accuracy of constant temperature chamber and gas storage tank can reach ±0.1℃;

◎ The absolute pressure sensor is used to monitor the pressure of the whole gas circuit of the instrument, and the air tightness detection of the whole gas circuit, furnace chamber, infrared pool, thermal conductivity pool and gas storage tank can be automatically performed;

◎ The instrument uses infrared spectral absorption method to measure carbon content and hydrogen content, and thermal conductivity method to measure nitrogen content;

◎ The test speed is fast, the degree of automation is high, and the time for testing carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen is about 4 minutes;

◎ During the experiment, you can choose the option of "Automatically cool down after the experiment is completed". After the experiment is completed, the computer will automatically shut down and the instrument will automatically cool down. It can be unattended, and there is no need for personnel to manually cool down and shut down after the test;

◎ The experimental report can be prepared according to customer requirements, reducing the workload of customers;

◎ It can be connected to the laboratory management system, so that the balance data does not fall on the ground, and the test results are backed up and uploaded.
