The Instrument is designed and manufactured according to Industry standard NB/SH/T 0059-2010 and ASTM D5800 Standard test method for evaporation loss of lubricating oils .It’s suitable to determine lubricating oil(especially internal combustion engine oil) and the evaporation loss of lubricating base oil at 250℃.

    The automatic high-temperature high-shear viscometer mainly measures the apparent viscosity of lubricating oil at high temperature and high shear rate. The test principle is to make the sample from the capillary under the pressure of nitrogen (carbon dioxide) under the test condition of 150 °C. The viscometer flows out, and the apparent shear rate of the capillary viscometer reaches a certain apparent viscosity from the outflow time and pressure of the sample, and the viscosity of the oil corresponding to the measured pressure is corrected by the curve of each viscometer.
