Scope of application

It is widely used in power plants, coal mines, commodity inspection, environmental protection, geological exploration, metallurgy, papermaking, chemical industry, scientific research, education and other departments to determine the calorific value of coal, coke, petroleum, cement black raw meal and other combustible substances.


Technical Features

◎ It adopts advanced multi-probe temperature sensing technology to conduct real-time detection of the water temperature of the inner tube, the water temperature of the outer tube, the room temperature, and the water temperature of the temperature-controlled water tank. The constant temperature water circulation system can realize two working modes with temperature and constant temperature. In the temperature-dependent mode, the water temperature changes with the room temperature, which perfectly solves the problem of heat exchange between the outer tube water and the indoor air during the test of the calorimeter in the constant temperature mode, and eliminates the most important factor affecting the test results of the calorimeter;

◎ Using a unique pump circulation method, the temperature of each point of the entire calorimetric system of the instrument is quite balanced to ensure the accuracy of the test results;

◎ Adopt self-developed automatic oxygen charging and degassing device and oxygen bomb automatic lifting mechanism, without manual oxygen charging and degassing, highly automated, simple and convenient operation;

◎ The imported thermal insulation material is used to effectively isolate the influence of the external environment, and the anti-interference ability of the instrument is stronger;

◎ Using high-precision probe-type electronic measuring cup, no need to manually weigh the water, and automatically measure the water volume in the inner cylinder.  The repetition error is less than 0.5g, the water quantity is more accurate, the test time is shorter, fast and accurate, and the operation is simple and convenient;

◎ The automatic identification function of the ignition wire can accurately judge the bad state of the ignition wire;

◎ It can be connected to the laboratory management system, so that the balance data does not fall to the ground, and the test results are backed up and uploaded;

◎ Special oxygen bombs, crucibles and other accessories can be selected for solid waste samples;

◎ Optional oxygen bomb gas collection device for gas collection in the oxygen bomb.
